Run a spell check manually
You can kick off a spell check in an open email message by pressing the F7 key on your keyboard.
Run a spell check every time you send a message
You can set Outlook to run a spell check every time you click the Send button to send a message:
- In Outlook go to the Tools menu and choose Options...
- Click on the Spelling tab
- Check the box for "Always check spelling before sending", then click the Apply button, then click the OK button.
Outlook will now run a spell check on every message each time you click the Send button.
